Seasonal Development Associate

Description:

The Ogunquit Playhouse Development Office seeks a dynamic seasonal associate to assist with all aspects of this fast-paced, patron-centered office. Ideal candidates will be intelligent, energetic, proactive, action-oriented and personable. 

Office Assistance:
Provide general office assistance including filing and organizing donations and membership mailings. Update and maintain the Development calendar.

Events:
Assist with all aspects of Development Office events. This includes assisting with planning, invitations, set-up, event greeting and follow-up.  

Database detail and integrity coordination:
Ensuring address and patron information is correct and up to date by processing responses to member secondary address surveys.

Membership and Donations program:
Assist with processing incoming memberships and donations. Send out member packets and donor thank you letters. Assist with monthly membership renewal letters.

In-Kind Donations: 
Compile list of in-kind donations given to the Playhouse through Company Management, Front of House and other departments. Send acknowledgements as necessary.

Other duties:
The Ogunquit Playhouse is a collaborative working environment. Work and assignments will vary daily. Flexibility, a positive attitude and a can-do spirit will lead to success in this role.
