This all-singing, all-tapping 1992 Tony Award winner for Best Musical, features Bobby Child, a banker who goes west to Deadrock, Nevada, to foreclose on a rundown theater. The stage-struck Bobby falls in love with Polly Baker, the theatre owner’s beautiful daughter. If he forecloses he will lose Polly, so he convinces her t
o put on a show that will pay off the debt her father owes on the theatre. To keep the plot going there are mix-ups and misunderstandings, disguises and improbable appearances. Audiences will be dazzled with Tony Award-winning costumes and set and show-stopping musical classics like "I Got Rhythm", "Embraceable You," “Nice Work If You Can Get It” and “Someone to Watch Over Me”. Do things eventually get resolved? And will Bobby and Polly live happily ever after?
