Responsibilities of the Associate Company Manager include, but are not limited to…
- Assisting team in preparing payroll and Actors Equity weekly reports
- Coordinating travel/housing/company vehicle needs for cast, crew, creatives, staff and musicians for Main Stage & Arts Academy Programs
- Emergency response/dispatch for housing problems
- Additional point of contact for all celebrity and VIP guests of Ogunquit Playhouse

Job Duties/Expectations include (but are not limited to)…
- Reports to Audio Supervisor
- Possess a strong understanding of Sound System Signal Flow and Operation
- Highly skilled in soldering cable, speaker rigging/hanging, and Signal Patching
- Strong experience in building and maintaining wireless microphone rigs for musical theatre
- Responsible for building wireless mic rigs and maintaining, tracking, and organizing all wireless mics and wireless com systems used in the show
- Strong wireless systems understanding, including software, firmware, and networking knowledge
- Capable of utilizing Hellerman Tools, Multi-Meters, and can demonstrate understanding of wireless element rigging
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of band microphones, keyboards, Main Stage systems, Avioms, and other band-related items. Qualified candidates must be able to set up orchestra pits in a very neat and organized fashion
- Must be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively
- Possess flexibility and positive backstage demeanor working with actors and other crew
- Run the A2 track for each performance (8 shows/week)
- Ability to mix large musicals “line-by-line” style is a plus. A2 may train in to mix Mainstage and/or Arts Academy shows for additional coverage throughout the season

Ogunquit Playhouse, Ogunquit, Maine seeks an experienced Stitcher for our 2026 Season and Arts Academy productions. Approximate dates of employment vary per position between April and November.
Ideal Candidate must be detail-oriented and remain focused in a fast-paced working environment. Excellent cutting and stitching skills are a must.
Job Duties/Expectations include (but are not limited to)…
- Proficiency in costume alterations such as pants hems, waist darts, darning, and sleeve alterations
- Sew, by both machine and hand, costumes assigned by the Assistant Costume Shop Supervisor
- Label costumes and undergarments as assigned
- Attend fittings to assist and take notes as needed
- May travel to NYC for a few days to assist in costume fittings, dates TBD
- Assist in shop builds
- Assist in costume load-in/strike by carrying costumes, shoes, and hats to transport them to and from the theater
- Sort costume rental packages upon arrival and check in garments based on look lists
- Assist in maintaining all garments during the run of a show and assist in necessary repairs and upkeep
- Drop off and pick up dry cleaning with coordination of the wardrobe team weekly
- Assist Costume Shop Supervisor with show paperwork and look lists as needed
- Maintain knowledge of costume/shoe stock and assist in pulling items when necessary
- Communicate with team to foster and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Have a team player attitude and recognize that every day will require flexibility with all of the unknowns of live theater

- Assist Head Electrician/Lighting Supervisor with execution of lighting plots for each show
- Execute rigging as designed and supervised by the head electrician
- Repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conventional and automated lighting equipment
- Manage and participate in weekly work calls
- Assist with rehearsals, load-in, strike, tech rehearsals, and previews
- Experience with lighting rigs of 200+ units, moving lights, board operation, focusing, projections, and Lightwright 6 & Vectorworks 2018 (or newer) preferred
- Rigging, ladder work, and lift experience required
- Assist Head Electrician in documentation and updating paperwork as required
- Soldering experience required
- Additional hours running events and Arts Academy Shows
- Unconventional hours may be required. Must be able to work overnights for Tech Weeks (typically four 12-hr days) for each production
- Depending on the skillset of candidate, in addition to the above responsibilities, AHE will either run 8-9 shows/week as lighting console operator (troubleshooting on show calls as needed)
- or serve as electrician swing (training on all electrics show tracks, subbing in as necessary, and otherwise supporting set electrics supervisor to build show-specific elements and effects)

Successful candidates will have high-level theatrical carpentry skills, fast-paced problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in the safe operation of power tools, scenic carpentry, theatrical rigging, and stage operations.
Job Duties/Expectations include (but are not limited to)…
- Work with Stage Manager, Production Manager, and Technical Director to run and maintain backstage areas during each show, including technical rehearsals, performances, and events
- Act as a liaison between management and run crew, relaying call times and ensuring team efficiency
- Maintain scenery, rigging, stage equipment, and fly rail for run of production
- Performing carpentry repairs as needed
- Must have experience with single-purchase counterweight fly system
- Additional experience in automated rigging control, deck automation, pneumatic systems, and hydraulics is desirable
- Provide additional scenic construction support as necessary

- Ensure Assistant Wardrobe Supervisor and Dressers create tracks detailing all aspects of their show including preshow, intermission, and post-show duties
- Coordinate with Costume Shop Supervisor, staff, coordinators and designers to ensure a productive handoff and tech experience
- Attend or watch video of designer run to determine quick changes and other costume-related problems
- Assist in costume plot/actor costume tracking sheets in coordination with the Costume Shop Supervisor as needed
- Minor costume repairs and upkeep
- Reinforce buttons, quick rig garments, repair rips/tears, repair hems, label garments
- Ensure proper cleaning, organization and delivery of costume pieces
- Address issues and help coordinate backstage quick changes
- Possess flexibility and positive backstage demeanor working with actors and other crew
- Run each performance (8-9 shows/week)
- Remain calm in a high-intensity environment and support the wardrobe team in stressful repairs/changes
- Assist in understudy rehearsals and load-in/strike as necessary
- Assist with Arts Academy as necessary
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time, and bend, stoop, or kneel while assisting actors, staff, and designer in execution of duties as assigned
- Ability to lift, carry, move costumes and necessary equipment up and down stairs in varied lighting conditions
- Unconventional hours may be required
Position is a W2, $25 /hr plus overtime and housing

Ideal Candidate must be detail-oriented and remain focused in a fast-paced working environment. Two years prior wigs experience is required.
Job Duties/Expectations include (but are not limited to)…
- Work directly with the Wig/Hair & Makeup Supervisor
- Dress performers in wigs/hairpieces during dress rehearsals and performances
- Perform quick changes which involve hair modification (including wigs, re-styles, and touch-ups)
- Clean, style, and maintain wigs
- Apply and maintain application of any specialty makeup
- Able to read a wig running track
- Possess flexibility and positive backstage demeanor working with actors and other crew
- Run each performance (8-9 shows/week)
- Assist in rehearsals and load-in/strike
- Assist and run Arts Academy shows
- Roller setting and styling from pictures required
- Ventilating skills and a Cosmetology license are a plus

Ogunquit Playhouse in Ogunquit, Maine seeks an experienced Social Media Content Coordinator (SMCC) for the 2026 Mainstage Season, responsible for creating social media content utilizing video and photography. This position functions as an active participant in the Marketing Department. While the SMCC’s primary focus is content development, this position supports a variety of efforts including marketing, promotions, and PR in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and Communications. Employment dates are May 4 to October 23. This in-person position is 40 hours per week and requires nights and weekends.
